- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will never go back. This was a horrible experience. They are unorganized. I had my tests done and was told that I was going to get a call to schedule my appointment for my results and never got that phone call. I called back and was told I was suppose to call and schedule my appointment with the doctor for results. I made an appointment for weeks out and got it approved by my job. I called a week before to get my appointment time so I do not get charged $65 for not showing up and was told I do not have an appointment. Then they were trying to schedule my appointment all the way in Valparaiso, IN when I live in Orland Park for the same day. No this place is ridiculous. If I could rate them lower I would. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I couldn't be any more pleased and impressed by Chicago IVF. Since the beginning we have been treated very well, staff and nurses are beyond helpful and patient by answering all our questions/concerns.
